Returns & refunds policy
This policy supplements your tax invoice and applies to tuition collected for in-person, hybrid, or live online cohorts operated from 6 Raffles Boulevard #02-201 Marina Square, Singapore 039594, Singapore.
1. Eligibility
Only the paying party named on the invoice may request a refund or credit. Employer-sponsored seats require an authorised signatory email from the same domain we have on file.
2. Timeframe
You may cancel without penalty up to fourteen (14) days after payment, provided the cohort has not started and you have not downloaded confidential facilitator packs marked as non-refundable.
3. Full refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, when duplicate charges occur, or when we materially change the schedule by more than two weeks without your written approval.
4. Partial refunds & credits
If you withdraw after materials release but before session three, we retain thirty percent to cover facilitator prep and issue the remainder within twenty business days. After session three, tuition is non-refundable except for medical emergencies documented by a registered practitioner.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, hardware deposits, and bespoke on-site travel already incurred are never refundable once purchased, even if the wider cohort is cancelled.
6. Process steps
Email [email protected] with invoice number, participant name, and reason. We acknowledge within two business days, confirm calculations, and queue the refund to the original payment method unless regulation requires a bank transfer.
7. Processing time & method
Approved refunds clear within fourteen business days after approval. Credits toward a future cohort remain valid for twelve months from issuance.
8. Cancellation by participant
Substitutions are allowed until seven days before start date at no fee. Later substitutions incur a S$120 administration charge to cover roster updates and kit assignments.
9. Exceptions & force majeure
If government directives prevent gatherings, we first offer rescheduled hybrid seats; where that fails, we refund prepaid studio fees but may retain amounts already paid to venues if those contracts are non-recoverable.
10. Consumer rights (Singapore)
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable. Disputes may also be escalated to the Consumers Association of Singapore for mediation.
Effective date: 1 February 2026 (placeholder).
